Laundry..

Is it just me or does laundry ever go away?? I dont know about anyone else, but I do laundry at least every day!! And its not just one load its like 2 o3.....holy cow! And I absolutely hate putting it away Anyone else like this?? Please tell me Im not the only one....lol...

I only have to do laundry once a week, and there is 3 loads...there is only 2 of us here, and I guess we have enough clothes to last a week before having to do it again..I don't mind doing the laundry but I do HATE putting it away, it takes me like 2 days of leaving it in a pile on a chair before I put it away

Oh, I should also add..Trout loves to sit on the said chair while I pile the clean clothes on top of her...then she lays in between all the clothes with just her head poking out. She loves that!! And its really cute!

Oh yes, add my name to the Bonafide Laundry Haters, lol. Doing it isn't too bad, but I hate putting it all away, especially with help from Conner, lol. While folding towels he thinks I am playing with him so will jump onto the towel like a maniac and hang from his claws. Goof ball.

That is all too common around here too

I can only muster 1-3 loads per week, mostly socks and underwear and I have enough of those, to go 2 weeks without doing laundry.

One single woman doesn't generate much laundry and I'm not running the washer and dryer unless they're full.

I do mine once every two weeks. I have somehow trained my husband to do his own, so I only have to do mine.
The cats however like to be buried in our clean laundry. They think it's a game.

I do 2 and often 3 loads a day.I hate laundry. With five of us 3 teens all taking there two showers a day one load a day is all towells.

I HATE doing laundry!!!! I usually wash a load or two, and live out of the baskets until I have to wash another load, which is usually 1/2 way down the basket cuz the cats have lain in it!

I hate laundry too! Amazingly enough, since we've been married, my hubby has decided that laundry is his job! He actually LIKES doing laundry!! I do all the other housework while he's at work during the day, but when he comes home the first thing he does is laundry!! I think I'm married to an alien! LOL

We dont have a washer & Dryer. But thankfully Dh's Mom lives one house behind us...and We can do laundry over there. But I do laundry like once a week, because it is SOO hard to lug it up and down my own stairs, and up and down her stairs. But I ususally leave like 5 loads over at her house untill I get time.

Seems like DH changes his clothes like twice a day or something. He's always out of clothes, and belive it or not, he's got more clothes than me. And that's ALOT OF Clothes.

I am staring at a mountain of dirty clothes right now.

My husband is in charge of laundry in our house, too. He comes home from work and starts a load everyday. With two toddlers we produce ALOT of laundry (especially lately since my recently "potty trained" three year old has decided to start peeing in her pants or bed at least once a day. Her bed rarely has sheets on it anymore, because they are in the laundry pile.)

Ugh please I saw the word laundry and wanted to run but had to check out what you guys were talking about. In my house hold its only me and my boyfriend and we do laundry once a week at a laundry mat and every week I spend 20-30 dollars i hate laundry and it sucks!!!!!!! lol

I agree - I don't mind doing laundry so much, but putting it away sucks!

I do laundry every week to ten days. For the two of us that's 2 loads of personals and shirts, occasionally a third load. Every so often I catch up on the sheets and towels -- that's another 2 or three loads. I don't mind doing it, but sorting, folding and putting away is a major pain in the butt. Rob's stuff I stack on his messy chair, and HE puts away -- eventually!

Seriously, it must be a guy thing... I have that same problem. My DH has 3 times as many clothes as I do and goes through as many... I do laundry on Sundays and there's one load of mine I have to do and two of his. And by Tuesday his basket is already full, it seems!

I just dont get laundry................and especially people who say they are up to date with it, no washing to be done, no ironing to be done..........how does that work ? ? I always have a pile of it somewhere (and theres only 2 of us !) , its either ready to go in the washer, ready to iron or ready to put away. How can you ever, ever see an end to it.............you cant, can you ? ?..............HATE IT !!

There's only two people in our household and Honey generates 90% of it! I'm usually in either my uniforms, or pjs. So my clothes are hardly any compared to the MOUNDS of clothes he has! YIKES! I don't get it? DO men just naturally have more dirty clothes? I don't mind doing laundry but folding it has become a chore with my back hurting so badly. I absolutely won't let honey fold it. He doesn't do it right! LOL! So I suffer through and do it when I can..
