That's what I was going to say. This generally happens from chemicals getting into the soil causing the plant to mutate.
Then again, I've found many 5-leaf clovers over the years, and I've had lots of bad luck!
What makes it worse, my last name is Murphy, so I get the double whammy of Murphy's law AND the 5-leaf clover finds, LOL!!!
I've also heard that if you find a 4-leaf clover, that you have to pass it along to someone. You don't get good luck if you keep it, but the person you gift it to is supposed to get good luck. No idea where I heard this from tho...
