Help, Help, Help!!!!

She isn't hardly cleaning the babies anymore...Is she possibly getting tired??? What am I suppose to do??? Someone PLEASE HELP.....

Are they dry?

If they are still attatched to the cords and/or have any placenta on them towel them off. Get them dry and stimulate them by rubbing them wtih a towel. You can tie off the cord with a string and then cut it, about an inch or so out from the body. Tying it with a string will keep it from bleeding.

Well I got the as dry as I could, and I cut all the cords. I really hope she is done. She can't even keep her eyes open.

Any updates? Was she just tired? I'm concerned about that sleepiness...

She has had 5 babies. She is sleeping now and the babies are all nursing. I am hoping that she is done. I keep checking on her, and she looks at me and meows when I come in the room. i think she was jsut tired. She seems to be doing good. When should I try and feed her some wet food?

Did she eat the placentas? If she did, she won't be hungry for a few hours. I fed my kitty about 6 hours after she gave birth, to 8 kittens, but there was dry there for her too.

If she's awake you can see if she's hungry. Missy waited 3 hours before she ate.

No she didn't eat them. She ate part of the one from the first baby and that was it. I ended up discarding the rest of them.

Skittles ate all 13 was sick she burped alot.. I heard her poor tummy make noises... She ate the following day... SHe ate alot...

That is alot....Those are the ickiest things to. I couldn't watch her eat what she did.....It made me gag.
