I heard about this website through another person on the net so I thought I would come over and see what it was all about. I lurked for awhile and I do like what I see. I have one unremarkable cat a tuxedo boy name of Matisse. But I see that you do not always talk about just cats which is nice. Anyway, hello to all!

ex and I used to own a video store with a western theme. Probably why it failed....
I have over 1,000 movies in my library.

Thank you all for your nice welcome. Looks like a really laid-back site here. Like I said, Matisse is unremarkable, the only thing he does unusual is lay on top of the fridge and swat at my hair when I go to open it. I call him my "diet reminder."

Hi Videocowgirl

Welcome from the UK.

Why is your cat unremarkable?

Mad, bad, dangerous, daft or adorable - they all have some redeeming feature . . . no?

But maybe I'm a little biased.

Y.

Is Matisse rarely plays with toys, doesn't scratch me, has no behavior issues. Isn't really even a lap cat, just a very aloof soul. The only thing he does as i said out of the ordinary is perch on top of the fridgerator. I have even put a cat bed up there for him, and that is where he sleeps most of the time. He is a great conversation piece at parties here though.

Wow - a low maintenance cat - what I wouldn't give for one of those!!

I'm looking at the scratches on my hands as I'm typing . . . thinking of the litter kicked ALL over my kitchen floor . . . and dreaming of when I can get an undisturbed nights sleep and when I don't have all 3 cats vying for space on my bed (not to mention hubby . . .)

Yours sounds like an angel.

Y
