Code Red Cats Takes Place This Saturday


With the weather heating up outside, Cat Galaxy, the radio station for cats has something cooler indoors as we present Code Red Cats a 10 hour live broadcast to promote cat adoptions, spay/neuter and TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) of feral cats this Saturday, June 10th beginning at 8am (10am Central, 11am Eastern).

The show which is happening as a part of Adopt-a-Cat month will feature some great music as well as special guests in-studio representing the animal rescue community, including the Arizona Humane Society, AzCATs, Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue.

Other animal rescue groups from around the country have also been invited to participate and are waiting to be confirmed. Cat Galaxy is also inviting local and national media to stop by our station this week and during the broadcast to help promote this event and cats looking for good and loving homes. Our current confirmed guests who will be joining us live include:

Alexis Boyle- AHS

Melissa Newton- AzCATs

Julie Bank- AC&C

Nancy Fultz- 4 Paws

Listeners are also being welcomed to be a part of the show as well via Skype chat as well as ask questions of our guests via email.
