My favorite fruit is avacado and my favorite veggie is broccoli.

I love all fruit, except tomatoes, and I love all veggies, except peas.

Ok so for fruits it's watermelon, apples (golden delish), strawberries, banannas, and oranges... oh I love ripe cantalope and pears... oh what the heck, I love all fuits!

And for veggies, I love corn on the cob in the summer... and brocoli & fresh string beans! mmmm....

And I have tried a great new product in case no one has heard of it... it's veggie steamers by McCormick. You cut up your fresh veggies, throw them in the bag, mix the season packet with water and dump on the veggies, tie it and throw them in the microwave for 5 minutes!!! SO EASY! NO CLEAN UP! And fresh veggies in 5 minutes!!! Here is the link in case you haven't heard of them.... I only wish they came with more than just 2 flavors!

I tend to eat them canned because there was some USDA studies done that showed the canning process actually make nutrients more digestible.

Also, I hate things that rot in the fridge.

Bird's Eye has a similar veggie steaming product. Those are frozen veggies that you pop in the microwave to steam. They are fairly tasty. However I found out the plastic they used was the same grade that most manufacturers use to package frozen vegetables. So I had a hypothesis that I could just buy frozen vegetables and pop the whole bags in the microwave. I tried out the hypothesis with several different brands and they taste fine to me

Oooh thank you for that!
I'll be eating even more veggies!

It would be so very easy for me to become a vegetarian, unfortunately, that'd mean cooking two different meals every night because Jeremy is a picky guy.
This would certainly make it easy to do so though.
