How do I get Luna to join in?

Luna use to have no problem playing in front of Patches and Beauty. Once we got Whitey she changed. She no longer will play in front of him. She will start to, but then he'll jump in on the action and she'll walk away.

Patches Beauty and Whitey will all be in the same room playing. Luna on the other hand I have to shut Whitey out and put her by herself in order to get her to play.
Then she's totally fine!

I don't really want to keep shutting the door..I want her to at least be comfortable enough to play with the door open.
Any tidbits and tricks to work on this?

PS, Feliaway doesn't work with her.


PSS, the weirder part is if there's a bug crawling on the floor she'll let Whitey hunt it with her.

No advice really, but the situation just made me think of high school when you like a guy and won't do anything in front of him? so maybe Luna thinks Whitey's a cutie and doesn't want to embarrass herself in front of him? the only thing I can think of, is there any toy that Luna cannot resist? like Da Bird? maybe try to get her to play with that toy when Whitey's around?

Well...Whitey is quite agressive when he plays. He tends to forget that there might be other cats that are joining in. Since he's bigger then Luna it's kind of like an hippo playing with a turtle. The turtle fears that its going to get squashed when the hippo jumps in the air.

ROFL! That is quite the analogy! Is there any way that you can run two toys at once? I have Da Bird in one hand for Lily & the blue circle thing with a ball in it in the other hand. I work both toys & both Twitch & Lily can play at the same time. It sometimes takes some otugh brain power, but I can usually mamange it!
