kitten is like 3 months old, whenever i go feed it it comes up and paws and attacks me feet. i just walk away but it keeps comming at it lol. anyways sometimes it sits there and sees me comming and it just jumps up like he is scared. and runs into hiding then runs back out attacking my feet or jumping up and down next to me. and petting is allowed when she is eating but during the other times it just attacks it. when i leave her alone he comes up to me and sit down next to me calm and once i get up it goes back to attack mode?

so how do i calm her down??

She is just playing.
You can't really calm a kitten down...she will be this way for a while still. Enjoy the playfulness while you can

What an adorable baby!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree just playing. I love when they do that. if you get down on the floor and pounce your hands kitty should jump back then pounce on you. LOL I used to LOVE playing with the babies that way. LOL they are too funny!

What a precious kitten! Her playing sounds adorable.

I would avoid allowing her to play with your feet or hands, though. It's cute when she's 2 pounds - it won't be as cute when she's 12 pounds and a full grown kitty. Play with her using wand toys, and if she continues to attack your limbs, just walk away. Try carrying a toy with you in your pocket, and when she attacks your feet toss the toy across her line of sight. The moving toy will be more interesting for her than your not-moving feet.

I'll move this to Behavior.

I agree, she's definitely just playing. We had a cat who did this all the time, it cracked me up. She only lived about 2 1/2 years, but she was still doing that up to the day she died.

Your kitty is sooo cute btw!! Makes me want to go out and get another kitten.

What an adorable little kitty!! I agree, i think she is just playing. My cat is 2 and a half and still does this. If she is in the mood to play and I walk by her, she will come after my feet and swat them. As soon as I turn around, she will run away, arch her back, meow really loud and look at me...like...aren't you going to play with me. So I will get down and play and then get up and she will chase me. This could go on forever. She loves it!! And I am sure your little kitten does too!
