I have no idea what's going on with my cat, please help!

He's been doing it a lot lately, but it's always at night when I'm laying in bed, when the lights happen to be off. Well, he started doing it to my legs tonight, as has been the pattern over the last few days, so I got up to turn on the light so I could see what exactly he was doing.

When I laid back down, covered myself in my blanket, this is what happened:

He latched onto my leg with his mouth, (which is apparently what the biting has been about), and proceeded to HUMP MY LEG.

He's neutered.

When he does this he makes weird meows when I move my leg away or touch him.

Any idea what's going on? I'm so confused.

Many male cats can continue to show sexual behavior after neutering (for years), just as an instinct, rather than an actual 'need'. You may have to either keep him out of the bedroom at night, or get fatter blankets that he can't bite through. Someone else may have a more useful answer!

You might try buying your cat a fairly large stuffed animal that he can mess around with instead of using your leg!
