Welcome to TCS Chelsea...I would give her all the kitten food and formula that she wants because she will need it to care for her kittens. Right now if she is allowed to be indoors and outdoors, you need to restrict her to indoors only until she has weaned her kittens and can safely be spayed. The bumps you are feeling are probably kittens..but your vet can confirm the number. You will also want to set her up with a nursing box for when it is time for her to have her kittens, best to set it up in a quiet room.
