Chevy found a forever home

It is a happy and sad day. Chevy was neutered at the beginning of the week (he acted like nothing had happened) and had his second set of shots on Friday. I took him today to the local adoptions for the rescue who is helping me. He was the first kitten of the day adopted. I was sad and happy at the same time. He was microchipped before he left. This is harder than I thought.

I do feel good because my name is on the microchip info as the secondary contact. If the new owner can't be contacted they will call me. I am happy for him, just sad for me...he is such a good boy.
