help me out

my cat has had some greasy like hair the last few days so i gave her a bath

now her hair is clumping up... she had this before in one small spot and i blushed it out.. came out in a large grey clump < she is black>
now that i gave her a bath her hair seems to be all clumped up and stiff

is there anything i can do to help her out or do i need to see a vet.. she looks horrid

It may have been whatever soap you used...

But, knowing me, i would go to the vet and have them look her over. Sometimes problems in the fur can be a sign of a more serious illness.

What did you use as a soap????????? Did you brush her after the bath ???

You might need to take her to a groomer - since clumps can be very very painful and in the long run if close to the skin cause infections>
