just recently simba has started making all these noise, just out of the blue, he will mieow and make these pigeon sounds... and he's starting to pee all over my clothes too!! >_< he doesnt seem to like to sleep that much anymore and likes to stare at things... is this because he growing into a cat? he is 9 months old, is it a good time to de-sex him?

It is time to have him neutered now. He is coming full into sexual maturity and is vocalizing and marking to attract willing females. Both of you will be much happier once he is neutered.
