okay help please I think I made a valid effort but this is irritating me I am trying to get the size right and it doesn't want to do it
i'm seeing a siggy. It says Tavia the Beautiful in pink letters and has an orange and white cat on it.

I think you have to resize it to be wider not longer... Right ?
It looks ok size wise to me, is less tham 150px high
