I was just wondering how many of you keep a journal either online or written by hand or just kept on a file on your computer. I do keep a journal and have for a long time. It makes me feel better to write everything down. I also have a diet journal that I write down motivational quotes and such in to keep me on my diet track!

I have a xanga.. and I pretty much set my entries to "private" after so long.. but besides that, I don't have a journal. Used to, though.

i post to 2 online journal places for fun, a mommy forum, and have a paper journal. i also do a scrapbook timeline for my son hehe

and no surprisingly that dosent take up a whole lotta time hehe. Its a gradual process. But it really helps me to get every thing out. Sometimes i have alot of problems with things going on, and i need advice or help, or just time to vent, and its great to have people to listen and a place to write, and also to remember whats going on in my life.

I keep the personal, good ole fashion journal at home. I maybe write in it once or twice a month...I use to all the time, but lately I'm lacking time!

I keep a online journal at diaryland for my drama class, a personal one on livejournals, but I haven't written in that for a long time, and then I keep a paper one at home that I write in once or twice a week, when I have time.

I would really love to start a timeline type thing for my son. That is a beautiful gift for your child when they are grown up. I think I'd also like to learn how to make a great scrapbook.

I keep a journal, and have done so for several years. This journal is very interesting to read, because it covers the time in which I went temporarily insane. You can see the difference in my thought patterns and such very easily.

although I really wish I would have kept a journal about my kids - all of those funny things they said and did that I though I wouldn't forget.

For a while, quite a few years back, we kept Thankful Journals and that was really neat. Each day we wrote down 5 things (no matter how small or big) that we were thankful for.

My shopping lists are my journals. I can always remember what was going on in my life based on what I needed at the time.

I keep a paper journal and an online journal. my online journal as at OpenDiary.com

It's the only online diary site I've actually enjoyed.
