I noticed my neighbors cat has one pupil slightly bigger than the other. Has anyone ever come across this. Never saw or heard of anything like this. Please help!

Can the cat see out of that eye? Does the pupil seem to change size at all? Sometimes if cats have a deficiency at some point, or trauma their eyes can get like that.

She can see fine, the pupil changes when she goes from sunlight to regular light, but 1 pupil is always slightly larger. Called the Vet, he can see her tomorrow night!
