Hydrocortisone cream, like what you put on skeeter bites. It'll be gone overnight!

I used to get it when I shaved my legs, and I would use body wash, or regular soap, but I actually started using hair conditioner that I have on hand to shave my legs instead of soap! It works awesome, no more razor burn, and my legs are SO soft!

Plus, my legs stay really mosturized too - they used to get really dry, but since I've started using the conditioner, its helped a lot!

If you want a cheap good exfoliator - I use a sugar/hair conditioner mix - it exfoliates your legs and they stay soft forever too - I found this out when I was told it takes streaks off from self tanner

Just another suggestion

Usually I use shave gel, but first I wash off with soap and/or conditioner, to get them "primed" for the shave
I get razor burn real bad on my upper thigh, and dont get it anywhere else.

i get it really bad on my calves and no where else.i remember one time i got it so bad and nothing i tried would sooth it so i used a towel to itch it with and i ended up rubbing off some skin because i rubbed it too hard with the towel... gross i know... but i have never gotten it that bad again. i still have a scar that runs down the front of my leg.

in a pile of open toed shoes!
I too have insanely sensative skin... and 1 thing that really gets me is someone else using my razor. Sometimes hubby might not feel like stepping out of the shower to get his own, and he thinks, "she'll never know...", next thing I know I can barely wear underpants the razor burn is SO bad!

Another trick I learned is when shaving your bikini line, after you pat dry the area, use sheer solid deoderant over the area you just shaved, and it'll keep your skin smooth and bump free, also no chaffing! (Believe it or not I learned this from an exotic dancer!
)

I have very sensitive skin. I have to use a good razor and not the cheap plastic/disposable ones. I also use Coochy. Heres a link:

You can also buy this on ebay etc. -- Its a great product!

You can also use this as hair conditioner too. Whenever i'm out or low, i just shave with conditioner--- and afterwards i apply baby oil then dry off. Makes my legs silky. For my underarms, i do the same except the oil -- i apply dove deo. to help with the break out.
