Photoisland

I just tried to upload the 6 pics of Patsy's other rescues onto my photo island account and it wouldn't take them. I got a notice that I need to now buy space to use the program! Is this another Photopoint where they are now going to charge to use a service that was previously free? Anyone else encountered this? I did go into the storage area and delete all the photos I could to free up space, but it didn't help. Just curious if anyone else who is using Photoisland has come across this problem?
