I have been feeding the 6-wk old kittens wet food and kmr and I have been putting the mom's food (kitten kibble) across the room where she mellows out away from them. well, the kibble was going fast, and then i saw the little buggers waddling over there and eating it too!! I did not think 6-wk old kittens would eat kibble with such vigor! Is it ok that they are eating the kibble? or should i hide it from them?

If mom is still eating kitten kibble, let the kittens eat kibble too!!! My kittens started eating kibble (Royal Canin Babycat 34 - for 1 - 4 months) at around 4 weeks and never looked back!!!

Let them eat the dry kibble..it will help with the weaning process.

You can water it down a little if you want. Mom may not be too keen on watered down kitten kibble though.
