Right at this moment I'm listening to William Shatner narrating a show on the History Channel. Earl has the remote.

I've been listening to the dance remix channel on Sirius lately at work because it's so upbeat it keeps me awake and going. (Channel 36 The Beat
) That or new country. Go figure. I have rather ecclectic taste in music.

Usually my favorite music is rock/metal, but not most of the new metal with the "cookie monster" vocals. What can I say - I'm an 80s headbanger at heart.

Hmmmmmmmm.....if'n I have to pick my *most* favorite it would have to be "Classic Rock"......like the 70's type. I have a wide overall taste in music and can handle anything......except.....opera and some of the wrap that is very degrading towards women. I must be an "Old Hippie".......huh ??

I like all kinds of music. At work right now, so country is playing, which is fine with me. My personal favorite type of music though is the 60's-ish blues-jazzy music. I love Otis Redding, Etta James, Ray Charles, Joe Cocker, Ella Fitzgerald and the like.

I am equally fond of (and listen mostly to) rock from all eras. I like new rock, but not really metal. I prefer bands like Seether, Theory of a Deadman, Hinder, and Breaking Benjamin.

Most favorite? Classical.

I'm devovting my life to it. TO say anything else would be to kick my industry when it's already on its back.

Indie rock comes in second place.

Really the only things I refuse to listen to are most hip-hop and (sorry!) country.

Ahem, that's "One night in Bangkok" You know, the city in Thailand. But hey, your interpretation is certainly entertaining! Very vivid image in my mind right now....

I like a wide range of music too. I love the internet for all the music stations out there now. You can find artists that aren't getting mainstream airplay and really broaden your tastes.

Right now I am listening to my personal playlist on my computer titled fast guitarists. I am all about speedy riffs and defficult/incredible techniques. The current song that is playing is "The Great Debate" by what is currently my favorite band, Dream Theater. John Petrucci, Mike Portnoy, James LaBrie, John Myung, and Jordan Rudess are gods.
For those of you who don't know the band, they play virtually every style from orchestral to heavy metal. They are extremely tallented and all their music is very original and interesting. No matter what type of person you are, I garauntee that you will like at least one of their songs.

Dream Theater is amazing!!! We saw them with Queensryche a few years ago. Talk about an intense concert!

I love all kinds of music (if nothing else I appreciate it). Today I've been on a Lenny Kravitz kick and I'm currently listening to "Stillness of Heart"
