hi! new from Missouri

Hello fellow cat lovers! I've been lurking since I decided to adopt a kitten from my mothers mama cat. I've posted a couple of times but never really had a chance to introduce myself.
My name is Andrea and I live in Missouri with my husband. I grew up with cats my whole life and I love them! My husband and I have been petless since we got married, and were really excited to get to bring our kitty home. Our kitties name is Luna, if you haven't guessed by my name. This site seems like a nice place!

Well, I haven't actually adopted her yet. She's eight weeks old and she is still with her mama for a month or two until my husband and I move into a new place across the state. I'm so excited to be able to have pets again that I'm looking up everything I can think of online- and found TCS.
