Right now Tiki uses Swheat Scoop, and he likes it...but I am thnking of tryng WBCL. I like the texture of SS and am wondering if WBCL is similar? Or is it pellet type litter? Thanks!

I've never used Swheat Scoop, but WBCL isn't like pellets at all. It's more like regular clay litter, but maybe not quite as fine. Polly and Prego rejected pine pellets, but like World's Best.

It's pretty much the same as regular clay litter. I just switched a few of our boxes about a week ago, they all seem to like it.
Spritzer was snacking on it for a few days, but has stopped now

WBCL looks almost like GrapeNuts cereal. No joke. Kinda smells like it too.

It's a lot like SS, only it clumps better and your house won't smell like a hamster cage. I use WBCL and add a little backing soda, and it actually works BETTER than the unscented clay I was using before and has no dust whatsoever. The only problem I notcied is that it seems to track more than clay.

Now, if I could only get Gracie to go poop in the WBCL. She'll pee, but not poop, in it. So she has her own little clay-filled litter box to poop in.

Cats. Who needs 'em?

I’m new at keeping an indoor only cat. I just happened to get lucky and start with WBCL. I use the multi cat formula and I think it looks like what I know to be regular cat litter.

I resisted having a cat for years because I do not like scooping poop or the smell of a cat box. I was so surprised at how easy it is with flushable litter.

My cat has his own bathroom. I scoop once a day and every other day I sprinkle a little baking soda cat box deodorizer, add a bit of litter, give it a good rake and he is good to go. (Someone gave me a toy garden rake as a joke who knew it would be so handy!)

Scooping more frequently will cut down on the odor even more!

Very good comparison! My cats hated it. Only 1 out of 7 would use it so I've switched back to Everclean...
The dogs found it yummy though...

My cats hated it too, AND they hated the new Tidy Cat Crystals blend too as IT is larger granuals.

Little by little I am switching them over to the Tidy Cat as it is barely dusty at all (LONG as you look to make SURE you are getting the larger granuals one!), AND when they are switched over completely I am going to try chicken layer crumbles. IT Is supposed to be just the same as WBCL only since it is actually feed for chickens it is a LOT cheaper.

IF it is not dusty I will stay with it!

The texture is a lot like SS but I found it clumps better and is less 'stickey', all 4 of mine took to it right away so that is what we are using

The cats think I am crazy taking photos of a litter box... but this is what it looks like:
