Have you downloaded pics before with this camera?
If not, then you probably need to install the program that goes a long with it....you can also go to the control panel and go to add/remove hardware

If the software is installed, did you try downloading an update?
There could be a software issue. What kind of camera is it? Did it come with any software to install on the 'puter? Did you install the software? Is the camera turned on [I know, stupid question, but hey, I had to ask]? What kind of cable? UBS2? check.
On mine, I have to plug the cable into the camera, then I'll turn on the camera. Now, I export to my Mac, so iPhoto automatically starts when the camera is plugged in and on. And I'd test the set up on the PC, but it's at a friend's house getting worked on until tomorrow.

Yup-the camera is on, and yours sounds like mine, thats what I have to do, and it automatically comes on and asks what I wanna do, etc etc-but I am not even getting that now, just a green light flashing on my camera.

Yeah I know, guess I will double check the cords and stuff and make sure its all plugged in.

Ok-thank you! I did that and it was working and now its just stuck and wont finish transfering the pics. Im not sure whats going on.

If you still have a warranty on yours, you could take it in and get a new one, OR you could call in or go in and ask them what to do...the people that sold you it at the store would probably know... I have a Kodak Easyshare C330! I love it!
Last time mine got stuck on one pic it was because a picture file was damaged (prob turned the camera off before it was saved fully). Look at which file it gets to and delete that one on your camera and try again.
Or use the camera and scanner wizard if you are running windows
Or if you have a card reader or the camera comes up as an extra card in your 'My Computer' jsut copy and paste them
