I need inspiration!!

My florist has agreed to assist with the decorating for my reception venue for my wedding, but I have to give her ideas as to what I like...but I'm not sure!. My bridesmaids are wearing midnight blue dresses and the flowers are pink. If you have any photos of your wedding I'd love to see them!!

We are doing candle tree centerpiece rentals at our wedding (3 weeks!). But here are some others from other weddings I've been to:

I've got 2 weddings I haven't uploaded pictures from and I can't remember if they had any florals. What I am doing for the head table is renting large type vases and using my bouquet as a centerpiece and the bridesmaid bouquets to offset mine. That way its a little more affordable.

Also check out theknot.com for floral ideas.

I love the rose floating in the bowl! For centerpieces we are doing oil lamps (provided by the reception hall) with floral wreaths around them. Colors are red and white.

I thought that was simple and classy as well. Your centerpieces sound very nice! Its also nice that htey provide them
. Here is a link to our venue, the pic in the lower right corner is what some of our centerpieces will be. Thats actually the tallest some tables wil have a medium beaded tree and other tables will have a floating candle in a vase.

When my niece got married (in late July) a few years ago she was lucky enough to have her mom and 3 of her aunts cut flowers from our gardens (I grew annuals specifically for her). Her and her mom went to Goodwill over a long time period and bought a bunch of white milk glass vases and her florist for the wedding made various arrangements out of all the flowers and put one on each table.
