Hi guys,

Just got back from the shops. Got Pete an Australian rugby shirt in the sales £3.50 !!! An absolute bargain.

Been to the pet shop as well for the cats Whiskers. They have made a new one called Natures Menu, comes in pouches but does not have any derivatives in it
At last the big companies appear to be listening to cat owners

Bought myself a rowing machine as well from the sports shop which i will pick up tomorrow. My little Peugoet isn't big enough so i will have to borrow
Petes car

I will be getting loads of exercise at home and at the same time watch the footie matches when the World Cup starts

Have a good day

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
Good afternoon everyone!
Thats a good idea exercising while the football is on! I'll bet it will be on in the gym all the time, except for all the England matches because obviously everyone in my gym is Scottish...I'll have to stay at home for those so i can actually see them.
Leaving work early today to go the gym before it gets busy at 5 them maybe going to the cinema to see X-men 3 or MI3 haven't decided yet...
Have a fabby day all

But no excuses now
I will be able to work out at any time

Let us know which film you see and what you thought of it. MI3 looks really good, but i am a Cruise fan
Mmmmm...Cruise or Jackman thats a tough one

Have fun.

Good morning everyone!!, It's a bright and early 7:30am here (it's bright and early when you aren't working today) but Reilly needed some hugs and kisses so he woke me up.

Today I have alot of housework to do. Laundry and stuff. I also have to do a major clean up in the kitchen. Looks like Reilly went digging for gold in one of my plants last night. There is dirt everywhere!!.

I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Afternoon all!

I have actually managed to pretty much nothing this morning!
I was on the phone to my Mum for two hours and that really passed the time quickly!

So dull and rainy today, so it looks like yet another day indoors! I'm hoping to at least make a dent on the room ready for our home gym (well, freeweights and exercise bike once it's bought!)

That Aussie shirt really was a bargain!

I know what you mean about the gym!
I was a member from 16-20 and after my fall I went for about a year (they gym had hydrotherapy!) But once I move back to Mcr I stopped going as they didn't have the facilities

I do miss the gym, but my home gym will be more convenient!

Hi Sar,

At least at home there is no one to watch you get all sweaty and yucky

They had some good looking multi gyms but i reckon Pete would thro a wobbler if i spent to much. I will have to prove to him that i will use it first before i spend all his money

That is very true! Plus I know exactly how clean (or unclean) my own shower is!

I'd love to have a multi gym!
They look fantastic don't they?

Maybe you could persuade Pete that he could do with toning up a little?!
Then it would be his play thing!

Afternoon!

Another wet and rainy day here
Perfect for the bank holiday

I've tried that Nature's Menu food (well not me personally, the cats) and it went down well. It does have some sugar in as a preservative but other than that it doesn't contain any nasties. I think I prefer the hi life for my boys as that doesn't contain sugar (at least the meat ones) and is a chunkier texture. I was browsing online last night and ended up spending a fortune on "posh" food for my 2 - was looking at zooplus website and they sell loads of canned food/pouches that I've never heard of. I ended up buying 1 of just about everything and spending a fortune

My Mosi finally managed to climb into bed with me last night without suffocating me and without waking me up!

Nice and sunny today!! Hope to get a couple loads of laundry done and on the clothesline. Have to run this am to get some annuals for a couple of containers I have to do up and deliver. Then to the mall for some errands and my haircut!!
One of my nephews is getting married tomorrow afternoon-1st time for a skirt and heels in months. Have a consult job this afternoon then perhaps rent a movie for tonite or do some of my own gardening!! My hands are pretty tingly and numb today so I might give a break. Also have to pick up my shrub order as tomorrow I'll be planting by 7:00 am!!
