Can't remember breakfast (so sleepy!), don't know what's for lunch yet, but I do know about dinner!
It's a four course meal with a local beer paired with each course! I think it's a frou frou salad, swordfish appetizer, ostrich main course and mango something dessert (though I get something different as I'm allergic to mangos). We're going to be so stuffed (and drunk!).
I can't wait!

Thanks!! The sandwhich doesn't taste all that great. HTe bread is dry and I don't have any mayo to go on in!

Mine sub isn't from subway. I ended up throwing it out half eaten. Yours should be really yummy though!!

Started out at 8-10 people...It's now up to 24!!!
SO, I have chicken breasts marinating...I was going to grill them, but that's too many to do, and it is a scorcher today. The last thing I want to do is stand over a hot grill...
Going to bake them with artichoke hearts, capers, three types of 'shrooms...cooking yellow rice with pine nuts and a touch of curry...making a big salad, and cooking brussel sprouts with apple smoked bacon (everything tastes better with bacon!). A friend is bringing over asperagas with a balsamic glaze...

Breakfast was corn flakes& bananas-lunch was a quick pick up of pepperoni / leftover pickles from a dinner I catered the other nite-dinner is Chinese takeout-shrimp & snow peas,spare ribs & their house rice
May have to have dinner early
