Those of you that have replied to my numerous posts already know what my kitten has been through, so I won't repeat it, LOL.

My vet suggested to put Lucy on a low residue diet to see if it will help with her soft stools/diarrhea. My question is, since I have to change her diet now (I will mix it in gradually with her current food) should I go with the canned low residue, or stick with dry, since dry is what she has always eaten? Is the wet easier to digest, or will it be a shock to her system since she has only had dry? I know she won't have a problem eating it, she eats anything she can get her little paws on, so any suggestions?

Add a teaspoon of wet to her diet for a few days and then a few days later add another teaspoon...wet is far more digestable this is due to the moisture content and the protein sources are a bit better than many dry...
