Do you ever have trouble sleeping/falling asleep/staying asleep?

Absolutely never! I was born to sleep
Sometimes I fall asleep so fast I don't even remember my head hitting the pillow, and nothing wakes me up, even the kitties jumping on me

According to my husband... the zoo
I rarely have trouble with any of those (especially falling asleep)

If I do wake up in the middle of the night for any odd reason, sometimes I have trouble getting back to sleep.

All the time! Infact these last few days i've been having trouble sleeping because I just keep having this same nightmare and it's really bugging me! I'll scare myself awake in a pool of sweat!!

Then I don't want to go back to sleep cuz I don't want to have that nightmare again!

Occasionally I will have trouble, but not often.
My only realy sleeping complaint is that on weekdays, when I need to get up early, I have to drag myself out of bed. I feel sooo sleepy.
But on weekends, when I can sleep in, I am wide awake and ready to start my day at 6am

All of the above. I have alot of trouble falling asleep especially if I'm stressed out. Then I wake up many times at night. I average three or less hours of sleep a night even if I go to bed at a decent hour. I hate being high strung and stressed.
If I'm not stressed, I can average a decent amount of sleep at night though. (those few and far between times)

I can fall asleep no problem at any time of the day or night...BUT while I am asleep, I am a very light sleeper..and I always wake up during the night to look at the clock. I can't help it, I have always done that. It sucks, I never get a full uninterupted night of sleep.

If you guys take a nap during the day, does it screw up going to sleep at night?

Not for me! I'm being totally honest here, I could sleep 12 hours a day, every day. If I'm off from work, I might get up around 10 and by 1 I'm ready for a nap
plus I don't really stay up late! 11 is waaaay past my bedtime

Nope! If I could, I would take a nap everyday!

I fall asleep every night between 10:00-11:00PM and get up everyday at 7:00AM - usually on weekends I sleep in til at least 9AM.

I sleep really great all the time, which is a bonus

I only have trouble falling asleep if there is something on my mind. I can lay there and think for hours before I fall asleep!

Yes

I have been an insomniac for 15 years now.
I don't have problems getting to sleep, just staying there.

The last two nights I was awake once an hour

Yes; when I get really stressed or anxious about something the next day or something, I find it really difficult to get to sleep - sometimes I can't get to sleep 'til 1:30am..... Sometimes I'll even wake up every hour or so, but that doesn't actually happen too often. Of course, I have no trouble staying asleep in the morning!

Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep if I things on my mind, but once I'm asleep, I'm out for the night.
