Hi, new to this forum

I was a foster mom to countless mama cats and thier litters for over 10 years. I currently only have one cat, Emily. I just rescued her last Saturday. She is a 13 yr. old with a skin condition (yet to be determined). Emily is not a foster. She is in her forever home. The good news is that with proper nutrition and care Emmie's skin condition is already looking better. I really hadn't expected immediate results, but just with a change of diet she is gaining weight and looking better. We will see a vet next Tuesday. She will have a full medical check-up then. Wish us luck!!

Emily looks just like Lizbeth!! Although Emmie is lucky to have found us, we are truelly lucky as well!! She is a perrrfect fit in our home. We all love her so much!!! She just soaks up all the affection we give her and never minds being petted and cuddled. In the evenings when I lay on the couch I put her next to me, she will stay there and let me pet her for hours. She just purrs and purrs. Very calming to me after a long day.

I have a digital camera, it had a really tiny memory thing, not sure what it's called!! Well lost it last time I went to print pics at a local store. As soon as I purchase another one I will post pics. Emily's hair is growing in so nice! I wish I could have had before and after pictures.
