My babies are 2 weeks old..They will be 3 weeks on Friday...They are already drinking from Moms water dish and sniffing the dry food that I have down 24/7 and when I bring wet in to feed her they just sniff and they come over and see what it is. Are they suppose to be doing that this early? They still haven't mastered walking they are still a little wobbly! Is it ok for them to drink water this early and should I put something down for them like food with KMR in it? I give Moe KMR in her wet food and the babies will lick KMR off my finger. I just am in shock that they are drinking from a dish this early. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Also if anyone can tell me what technical name for the colors of babies are I would greatly appreciate it!

Awww! They absolutely gorgeous as is Moe!!! I don't know what the technical colors are but they're all tabbies. I'm sure you already knew that though.

Our kittens are 4 weeks are have sniffed moms water too but show no interest in drinking it or in her food yet so I"m no help. Just wanted to comment on how cute the babies are!

i know that the 2 in the middle are tabbies but the black one and the other grey one on the end that looks kinda blue i didn't think were tabbies they are not stripped? the 2 in the middle are girls and the black one and the other grey/blue one are boys.

Thanks..What exactally is a Tabby? I have never understood that? How do you get a tabby? Is it just a domestic cat? I don't know what the daddy was but Moe is an exotic persian/bengal mix. All the babies have spotted bellies.

Thank you all for your lovely compliments! Those are my spoiled little babies! Everytime I go into the closet I say "Hi pretty babies" and they come running to me and climb all over me! I love it. It is good that they are used to me and are comfortable with me. The Brown mackerel tabby(tiger stripped) is the runt and the loudest. She LOVES my 2yr old. Everytime she goes in there she goes directly to her and sits in her lap! They are precious and I am so glad that I don't have to get rid of them.

yes i am keeping all of them. i am taking mom and babies to be spay/neutered at the same time and get the babies shots. that was my mothers day present. my significant other asked me what i wanted for mothers day and i said to be able to keep all the babies because we were only going to keep 1 and he finally gave in and said yes!
