my other rescue Keesha

Hi,.I don't know if you remember me telling you guys about the 2 cats that I rescued,.well,.one is gone,..the other one is back at the vet,..one of my vets this time,.not the one that I THOUGHT a friend at the time,.had taken her to,.(her vet),.boy,.was I ever fooled,..some people,..well,..you know what I mean,.after this,.well,.lets just say,.I don't return her phone calls anymore,..I called her & told her that while maybe she was trying to do something nice for me,.for Mother's Day,.I always pick which vet I bring any of my pets to,..well,.she blew it when she said,."well,.they don't know any better,.they're just animals"thats what did it for me,.and she is planning on breeding some dogs,.well,.thankfully,..I don't have to deal with her,...anymore,..I cried,.and have felt really sad,..since I had THOUGHT that she was a friend,,..anyway,.Keesha is at my local vet,.her
stitches do not look very good,.and she isn't acting right at all,.If I was supposed to put this under a different topic,.I am so sorry,.and just plain upset,.this poor little cat has been thru h...,...and now maybe she will be alright,..

HI,.and Thanks to everyone for caring,..
SUSIEQ,.I haven't told you guys all of it,.cuz I have been so upset,.I can't see straight,.I have had such a horrible headache,.its just now starting to ease up alittle bit,..Well,..here goes....some time ago,.I had gotten a cat that had been declawed,.well,.that was fine,.she was ok,.but after seeing how they do that kind of surgery,.well,..its just not good at all,.anyway.the person that brought my Keesha in to that horrible vet,.also as a "gift" to me,.not only had her spayed,.but her front claws removed,.!!!!I cannot reach either the person,.to say my peace!!!and that vet is useless,.couldn't even catch him in his office,.to ask him where he went to school,.if he in fact ever did,.!!!
Keesha had gotten badly infected,.he butchered my cat,.she was in pretty bad shape,..anyway,.I brought her in to my local vet,..(I also have 2 others about 30 min away,.that is also open on Sat)She(this vet) took one look at her,.& re-did her paws,.no choice,.there,.she had to correct what had been done,.so that she could heal,.she is now on antiotics.,and pain management,and is doing ok,.but as far as that so called friend,.I really don't have anything to say to her,.EVER AGAIN,.anyone that could pretend to be my friend,..then do something like this,..well,.there is a GOD,..is all I can say,...I was afraid to tell anyone the rest of this,.since someone always blames me for things,.when people take advantage of me,.All I could do was cry,..and tell Keesha just how sorry I was,.and that I'd try to make it up to her,.she still even after all of this,.,hobbles over to me,and purrs,.and is such a
sweet little thing,.God,.she is so amazing,..
If anyone has anything horrible to say to me,and judge me,.pleae save it,.I have cried enough for now,.anyway,.After all of this,.though,.there is a lesson to be learned,.don't trust anyone,...with your precious babies,.no matter how much you THINK
you know them,..You always be the one to decide who treats your babies,...That girl was a very dear friend of mine,.to me,.anyway.but now,.well,.
she is part of my past,..nothing more,.its sad,.but,..thats just the way it is,..She will also get her just dues,..

TLEA - no bashing here, just a heartfelt hug to you and Keesha. I am so very sorry that this 'friend' and so called 'vet' got their hands on your baby. I will keep her AND you in my thoughts.

Good luck to you and Keesha, no one blames you. I have learned that some people will pretend to "love animals" just to impress someone who really does. The truth comes out though when they are forced to spend money or make a life threatening decision for the animal. I did away with many acquaintances that I realized were just BSing about loving animals in an attempt to impress me. How pitiful is that?

Hi Helen,& all,..keesha is doing just great,.she just keeps getting better,.she is the most loving cat,..I swear,.and my persian also loves her,.and will "wash" Keesha's face,.it is so cute to see them together,.its so wonderful,.
I will be back on daily after the middle of next wk,.(my mother-in-law) has to return home,.I will be sad to see her leave,.I have trully been so blessed with having such a wonderful,..loving mother-in-law,.

TLEA - I am so thankful that your little girl is getting better every day. You should snap a pic of that face washing session! We would love to see a pic of your babes. I also was blessed with a great MIL. It sure can make the difference in a marriage! Hurry back to us here!

Hi Guys,.I ill snap a picture of themthe next time ,the persian,.(Lea),is washing Keesha's face,.its really adorable,.I am so very happy that they seemed to have bonded so well,.I will also see if I can get my husband to show me how to scan a picture of them,.also,.especially the last one that I took of Keesha,she is so pretty,.and God ever so sweet,.My mother-in-law is leaving next Wed,.so I will be back on regularly probably Thurs,.so,.talk to you guys soon,.and to all out there,.Happy Father's Day!!!!
