Silly siggy request

I have a request to make if someone would'nt mind

My birthday is coming up, and I was wondering if someone could make me a siggy with the pets (can be cats and dogs-just cats or just dogs) sitting around a birthday cake with my name on it? Or all the critters at a party in my honor? I just thought it would be really cute
