I switched 3 of the litter boxes to worlds best litter, I've caught Spritzer (1 yr) eating it on four occassions.

Five of the cats are using the new litter so I don't want Spritz to eat something bad, I also don't want her thinking the litter box is a bad place she shouldn't be near.

Any ideas on how to stop her eating the litter?

Unless they have a corn allergy I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe let the litter box get a little dirtier than usual to emphasize that they don't eat where they go to teh bathroom. Once she goes a few times in each box then the novelty will probably wear off. Autumn likes to snack a little if I pour new litter in but it dosen't take long for her to stop.
