Voice your support for legel TNR in Cook County IL

Below is a link to a page describing the efforts of Dr. Parmer, a veterinarian, on legalizing TNR in Chicago. Surprised it's not legal? Well, sadly, it's not. In Chicago, if you feed an animal, you own that animal. You are not allowed to let your "pets" roam free. So if you feed a colony, you are "breaking the law" by letting your "pets" roam free.

How absolutely weird and picky!! They need to actually address the issue of ferals rather than pretending somebody who puts out cat food for a colony is actually the "owner" of fifty cats!
