I had leftover baked chicken breasts last night - I cut it up and made a sandwich, and also had some sour cream & onion chips, and John is bringing me home a chocolate shake for dessert in a little bit

Oh, happy birthday to him!

DH got fancy tonight. He cooked cornish game hens, and we had buttered corn and a tossed salad with it. Very very delicious, and fun for the kids to each have their own chickens!

This is our very low carb meal of the day today - homemade crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, homemade asparagus& caulflower soup, homemade spinach-cheese casserole.

It all turned out very yummy

Hmmm. We haven't had dinner yet. Honey just got up from a nap a half hour ago (power shopping with me and couldn't keep up! LOL!) But for lunch we had, Mexican. YUMMY!
I wonder if he's hungry? I think I'll have to get something small, I've got the munchies now! The only downfall of being off of work, eating more then normal.
Other then that, being off work for the day ROCKS!

Yum! I bought several packages of duck breast during a recent sale, have them frozen until I figure out what to do with them (or decide to make another batch of duck potstickers with a recipe I adjusted to suit our diet).

I had a pretty gross dinner.

We decided to try something different...... salmon, with salad (the lettuce was red though). I really dislike fish but thought I'd try it anyways
I still don't like fish!
