An old house I'd like to renovate

I've always admired this old farmhouse that's been vacant for years. Jerry thinks I'm nuts. I tried to take a couple of pics yesterday on the way home from my mom's, but unfortuntaly, the pics don't do it justice. Jerry says the place is probably haunted!!!

There's just something about old abandoned houses that I want to help......

It reminds me of hte house in Amityville Horror - is htat a small girl I see at the upstairs window? But seriously, if it is haunted it is probably by friendly spirits who would welcome any love someone put into it. Is there any way you can find out who owns it? Maybe they would sell it really cheap, even in instalmetns. It does look lovely. I am a sucker for renovation myself - though it has got me (and my bank account) into trouble more than once.

Funny you should say that Jenny...........when we drive by, Jerry says, "Did you see that face in the upstairs window" Or "Did you hear that?" I'm definitely not afraid of ghosts......but then again, I've never run up against one either!

We've never tried to find out who owns it........perhaps someday.

The house your renovating is wonderful...........

Oh, I like that, too, Susie. I think it's the porch and the long windows that are so appealing. Is it on a large piece of ground?

I love that house, Susie! Why don't you find out about it - just to be nosy - and see why it's been vacant for so long?! Could be interesting to know even if you're not going to try to buy it!
