Birthdays

Do you have difficulty remembering birthdays?

I remember when the birthdays are, but can never remember to call that person on that day. I use to be so good at this too! My SIL's birthday just passed. I had talked with my brother to see if he was planning anything for her last weekend. Her birthday was on Thursday and I can't even remember where I was that prevented me from calling her that day!!

This is the second year I've done this! I'm thinking about getting on of those PDA thingies to keep my life straight!

Anyone else have this issue?

I have a horrible time remembering birthdays. I have a list of family members' and friends' birthdays, and write them on the kitchen wall calendar every year, but still manage to miss some. Thank goodness for ecards! I often write messages to everybody who has a birthday that month right at the beginning of the month, and then schedule them to be sent those days.

I sometimes tell people i need a new brain because im constantly asking them the same thing over and over again..
They think ive lost my mind!

Same method here! ......yes, bad memmorie with the Dates!

I have known my best friend for 14 years and I STILL can't remember her birthday. Its a joke now.She and I both know that I won't ever know her birthday.

I am awful at not calling people on their birthdays. I always remember when they are, but never call them or send cards. I even forgot to call my mom on Mothers Day.

I hope people don't think I don't care about them, cause I totally do...but I am just very forgetful.

Yes! This case I got lucky! Turns out they spent their evening at the adoption center turning in an application for adoption.

I've done much better since I use a book that lists the birthdays and special occasions of family and friends by month.

Even better, the book I keep where I list exactly what we gave to folks each year for mothers day/father's day, birthdays, holidays...so I don't duplicate. Plus, I keep track of what I buy (I shop year round!) during the year and for whom.
