1. IF YOU COULD BUILD A HOUSE ANYWHERE, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
Oh, I guess I'm adventurous, or at least given to extremes. I could like happily in the country on a farm I think, maybe in Colorado; I could return to Canada, I loved Canada; a beach house on either coast is appealing though on the north half, not interested in the Gulf coast, too hot; or in a downtown city with public transportation and lots of arts etc. Unless I was pretty wealthy, it wouldn't be in the suburbs, but that is where I am right now! Ooo, or McKinney to be near that really good Montessori school that I wanted my daughter to attend.

I would love either something on a northern beach that is isolated, or a ranch out in Montana or something in the woods.

An old soccer jersey. It's so comfy and has a v-neck.

5. WHERE'S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO BE?
Mount Si, our favorite camping spot. It's not an official campground, so it's really natural and not many people know about it. You have to drive 24 miles through Weyerhouser (the paper company) land on this awful road you can only go a few miles an hour on. There is a beatiful river and lots of old-growth mossy forest. You see all sorts of animals - bobcats, cougars, rabbits, frogs, fish. It's so peaceful.

Morning? Bleh! If I could, I'd sleep until 11 or 12 everyday!


10. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE KITCHEN APPLIANCE?
Okay, this isn't really an appliance, but I don't use many appliances. Actually, our 30 year old microwave finally went out 2 weeks ago, and we have a new one, but haven't even taken it out of the box yet. My favorite thing is this 12+ gallon Calphalon soup pot I have. I don't even think they make that big size anymore. I love it though. It is so fun to make soup in.

11. WHAT MAKES YOU REALLY ANGRY?
Animal abuse, people that dump their pets at the shelters. And child abuse or neglect. Other than that, I try not to get angry, it really only affects you.


12. IF YOU COULD PLAY ANY INSTUMENT, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
The oboe. I am a terrible musician, but I really enjoy the oboe at the symphony. It has such neat sounds.


13. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE COLOR?
A nice bluish purple.


14. WHICH DO YOU PREFER, SPORTS CAR OR SUV?
SUV definately. Safety and space. I hate sports cars.

Yes

Bridge to Teribithea or Tuck Everlasting. Both still make me cry!

17. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SEASON?
Summer in Washington. Not very long, but it is gorgeous. Green everywhere, blue sparkling water, sunshine. It's the only reason people live in this horrid cold gray place the rest of the year.


18. WHAT'S YOUR LEAST FAVORITE HOUSEHOLD CHORE?
Yes. Ha ha. Actually, vaccuuming. I have this weird hatred of vaccuuming. I'd rather scrub toilets. I think it's because my mom was so obsessively clean and one of my chores was to vaccuum every few days.

No! My ex-boyfriend can really well though. I guess that doesnt count

My uncle Mark. He was my best friend and took care of me all the time. He was only about 15 years older than me. He killed himself when I was 10.

Nothing really. The spare tire stuff, and a car vaccuum. It's a dustbuster that plugs into the lighter. Not that I use it very often.

Sushi. I can't make sushi, but our homemade hamburgers are always better than ones we order.

Someplace quiet, with land around me, but with all the amenities I am used to having around me, such as Supermarket, Movies, Banks. So I guess on the outskirts of a city would be good .

I guess it would be what you define as children. When I was in 2nd grade I LOVed The Aristocats, but by fourth grade I liked Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, Superfuge, anything by Judy Blume .

In the mountains of Colorado, probably near Silverthorne/Dillon/Frisco, but especially this year I am totally paranoid about forest fires.

Don't know...I don't really like the clothes I have now. I can't fit into any of my favorites anymore!

All these stupid radical "activist" groups who expect the government to bow to their wishes but hardly know what they want, and really don't know or care what the laws already are. Especially those "Enviromental Terrorists" who go out and burn building and actually think it's going to change anyone's mind. Since when does rioting and breaking the law in general convince anyone that your "cause" is worth listening to? ....OK, I think I'm done.

The Piano. I can play a little, mostly by ear, but I wish I could play music by sight like my Mom did.

The days leading up to Christmas, with all the anticipation and pretty decorations. Christmas Day is kind of anti-climactic after all the build up of emotions.
