I've notice some threads here and there about people not knowing what to cook or just have problems cooking.. Well I thought I'd write a thread that will have recipies from my collection and ideas and know how's.. And please feel free to add stuff as well...

C=Cup
T=Table Spoon
t=teaspoon

Do you like pizza? Well if you like pizza, go out and buy it.. But if you LOVE!! pizza, i got the thing for you.

Pizza Dough
1 1/2C of Water (95-105 degrees F)
2T sugar
2 Packages of active dry yeast
1/2 t salt
2T Olive Oil
4C Flour

Stir yeast in water, add sugar. Let it set for 5 mins. Add oil and salt to yeast mix. Add 1C of flour to yeast mix stir till smooth, then add the rest of flour 1C at a time. Kneed dough, add flour till not sticky no more, but being smooth. Place in bowl lined with olive oil.. Let rise for 60 mins or till doubled in size. Split dough in two for two pizzas or can make one deep dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 450 degrees farenhieght for 10-12 mins or till cheese is melted and golden in color.

You can freeze the dough, just wrap in plastic wrap then freeze, take out and place in fridge to thaw then work the dough.

Pizza Sauce

Now whats a pizza without the sauce.

2T Olive Oil
1T chopped Garlic
1/4C chopped onion
1C Tomato Sauce
1t Oregano
1t basil
1/2t salt
1/4t pepper
2T Tomato Paste

satÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] Onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat till tender. Add tomato sauce, spices, then tomato paste, stir. Simmer for 10 mins.

Sauce makes 2 pizzas no matter the size.

Now when you add your toppings to your pizza, roll out dough over a pizza pan or stone. bursh a little bit of olive oil over the dough and then prick it with a fork to make little wholes, this will prevent it from making bubbles in the dough. Then add your sauce, not to much cuz that will cause it to become soggy.. Then add your cheese, veggies, and meats or what ever then bake as discribed above.. And That's it... Enjoy.. its cheaper then ordering a pizza and tastes soooo much better too..

Done! If you have lots of recipes, why not add them? It's for a good cause (animal victims of Katrina).
