Marlee usually travels back with me when I go visit my parents. But tomorrow I am leaving to go back home, just staying one night, and coming back home Saturday evening. Marlee has stayed overnight at the apartment by herself when I've stayed at Patricks and stuff, but this will be a big longer since I wont be right home in the morning. Think she'll be okay? Its just I think it would be more of a hassel to get her into her carrier and her things packed, and make her ride 2 hours each way....what do you guys think?

I think she'd be okay... just leave a little more food out then normal. Our babies are fine if I leave them in the morning and don't get back till late the next day. I just make sure to clean the litter box before I leave and leave extra food and water.

They're always glad to have us back!

I think that the real question is, 'can you live without them'? lol!
Well, one thing that most people love about their cats is the fact that they usually can live a day or two without their owners...so, it should be fine!

Y'all are all right! I guess I know she will be fine, I just have to have reassurance from all you people who love kitties as much as I do. She probably won't even notice as long as I leave her food and toys!

She probably won't notice much. I would suggest having a someone who could check on her if you get delayed. We went to our in-laws for what we thought was just an afternoon to see a movie - ended up getting stuck there in a blizzard and couldn't get back home until late the next day. They were very hungry when we got home. Now I have a backup.

She will be fine for a day or so without you. Make sure you leave her box clean witha little extra litter in it and extra food and plenty of water and she will be A-ok!

I agree with everyone else - she'll be fine - unless she has a massive party while your gone!

We usually keep Harley @ home when we leave overnight - but have someone check on him the next day if it wont be til later when we get back

Right on! I agree...if you have a friend or neighbor that you can trust or has a spare key, ask them to stop by for 15 minutes and check on her, give her a little lovin and a few cuddles and call it a day. Then you'll see her that night when you get home!

(I'm crazy like that too. I had my sister go check on my turtle everyday when we went on vacation...)

Thanks everybody, you've made me feel better! Thats a good idea about finding a neighbor to check on her...I'll look into that before I leave today!
