This morning I noticed this baby robin sitting on the air conditioner right outside the window. I thought this was odd since we have nine adolescent bengals in the house. I looked around to find them all lounging about, none of them aware of the bird. I went to fetch my camera, fully expecting at least one of the bengals to see the bird and scare it off.
Nope. I was able to take quite a few pictures of the bird, until they put 2 and 2 together. "Why isn't Dad taking pictures of us? Why is he ignoring us and pointing the camera to the window? Why didn't he tell us there is a bird out there!"
Well as soon as they figured it out, they lunged at the robin and he high tailed it out of there. The second picture is right before the lunge, the Robin has already seen the cat approaching and is in flee mode.
