Yeah, my first born was delivered during a snow storm...in MID APRIL! Go, Skittles, go. I've already missed my vote for a time...I really thought she would have them this morning!

Hang in there, those kittens will be here before you know it!

I think most of us re-guessers are only in it for the fun now.
I suspect everyone will be honest about it as far as your $10 donation

I have re-guessed myself btw, I am definitely out of the running.

Poor Skittles. I hope she doesn't have to hold them in much longer.

Do you think she will hold it in because of the weather I know she is scared. She never likes wind and never has even before pregnant... Right now she is hiding in the corner out of the Nest

I think the stress might actually induce labor.
Indoor cats know they are completely safe in storms, but they cannot override their instincts to react over it.

I was gone all day and now it has taken me about 30 minutes to get caught back up one Skittles. LOL I'm so glad that visit to the vet went good and she came back home with you. I seen in the post where you said she didnt look like she was opening up. When Sponge went into labor she looked completely normal except for the slimy stuff for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours then she started opening up and you could notice a difference in her. So from my own experience (which has just been this one) I couldnt go by the opening up part.
Also, if she is anything like Sponge (which she sounds like she is) then she will want you RIGHT THERE during the WHOLE process. When I would get up Sponge would try to get up. When she got up and was in the middle of having a kitten and the head was out I decided I needed to stay right next to her. I didnt want her walking around following me pushing babies out all over the place! LOL

She is always scared of the wind. Rain is so so and she hates snow. Thunder she goes to the tub and stays... Her and my bassethound where the same exact way. They had each other in the storms and they cuddled and shook together. Now that Dazy is at the bridge I think this is her first storm without her..

She is swollen there. I noticed something just a few min ago. Her tail does not go down it is like arched. Sort of like a horse going poop. Does that make since.

When my old Siamese girl held her tail like that, she was starting labor and ready for her humans to come watch and be amazed.
She was a bit of an exhibitionist.

Right now I think the weather is. I do hope before Monday. The vet made a lot of since when he said I want her to go natural so the babies are not exposed to any drugs. Being a big litter we are bound to lose one or two and he said he does not want it to be more because of inducing or giving a c-section. He said some cats go 71 days, but he said he wont let he go like that. He said the 100 latest is tuesday or wenesday and as long as she was in no danger it is up to me. I will know Monday how I feel. I am not sure

I haven't made a guess, so I guess I will now. I will guess, she will hold out to last minute so she doesn't have a c-section, so I am guessing sunday 5/21 and since my cat is an evening girl, when she has hers, I will say it will be later evening 9:11 and it hopeful thinking that she won't have as many as the vet says, and she will only have 7, thats enough
so it is:
may 21st @9:11 7 kittens
