i read that the mother can delay labour if she feels the time isnt right.
i was thinkign that maybe your anxious mood could be causing her to be anxious.
the longer she leaves those kittens in there, especially if she goes over her due date, the bigger they are going to be, and the more room there is for complications.
i woudl seriously consider having a word with your vet, about giving her a dead line to have them at home, and if nothing happens maybe having her admitted to the vets where she can be moniterd and assited if needs be.
it could be there is too much going on and she really needs to be confined to a quite room where she can rest and get on with what it is she needs to do.
despite the strong bonds some of us have with our cats, they are still quite private species, that often wander off to die alone, or hide when they are ill or in pain. labour can bring out that instinct behaviour as well.

Nothing yet but is meowing every now and then and cleaning herself. She is confined and in a quiet area. I also did talk to the vet it is my call and he is t be caled again today at noon if she hasnt had them yet... He said I need to be prepared for ther options but he fills natural is best and so do I .. I will not allow her to be in danger....
oooooh.....it's so close...I can feel it!!!!

This is insane!!!
I got on a few times over the weekend, had my nephew so I couldn't type at all (he's 1 and the ctr of attn), I can't take the anticipation
!!!! I am going out of my mind!!!
And now I see that there's a video....of course I can't see it cause of these stupid firewalls they have here at my work! Ridiculous right?! I can't get on myspace, I can't watch Skittles pregnancy video....
so of course I have to run home and check it out as soon as I get home today. I don't think I'll be able to wait till 4:30pm EST...
I do know from past experience (when I was younger) my cats always had their kittens at night, like in the middle of the night. When 3 little girls weren't peeking in the box to see if the babies had come yet. And once we had a perfect bed made up and she'd lay in it all the time, but when she went to have her babies she went under my sisters bed, behind all the toys. We didn't even know that she had them for a few hours...

Skittles wont let me leave LOL She wants me right there she circles my legs... Yes she is still having the little ones I hope the doctor calls soon.. There is the other vet there but I like Clark I will take her in if I have to. I think 12 hours of the tiny ones is off... Maybe it is just me.
