Well tonight may well be one of the most important in my life

I have been a life long fan of the Gunners (Arsenal), unfortunately i dont get to see them play as we live a long way from London and my hubby hates football :shock: (Well nobodys perfect

)

Seriously, I hope you get the tickets for it, that would be great for you!

I'm so incredibly poorly today - more like death warmed up!

I tried to sort out some space in one of the rooms, yesterday, to create a home gym, so really need to get finishing that off, but I just feel so yuck!

Molly is rubbing all over me this morning, so hopefully she'll get up and better in no time!

Morning everyone! Sar what is wrong with you? and is Molly ill too? I missed this...

It's a beautiful sunny day here

the office is freezing as usual though.
Off to get a hair cut after work! My hair almost touches my bum now! I do like the length but you really can't do anything with it..
I woke up to a very strange rash on my arm today, keeping an eye on it as I'm really not sure where it's come from..

Molly's not poorly (thankfully), she's being my nurse maid to make me feel better!

I can't expect my boys to care for me, can I?!!

I hope your rash goes away, Lauren - not a nice thing to wake up to!

I don't know what I'll do with my hair? I always have these radical ideas and then when I go to tell the woman what to do all that comes out of my mouth is 'just a trim please'

It just needs it's layers putting back and a couple of inches off. Just think about how old that hair at the bottom is...its a bit dry from my GHD's too.
I'll take a pic though and show everyone! Probably on Friday morning when I'm all dolled up to go out because going straight to see my friend Jim (gym) from hairdressers.

It's amazing to think how old it is, isn't it?!! Mine is pretty long - should give it a chop really!

I'm totally the opposite to you when going to the hairdressers (well, when I used to!) I would go for a trim and then tell them to hack most of it off - or 'do as you please'!!

I hope you have a good time with Jim!

Oh yeah, do post a picture when you're dolled up! I bet i'll look really cool!!

Good Humpday morning everyone!!! I feel great! I worked out yesterday. Walked 3 miles and then did some body sculpting! I am feeling the weights stuff today. It hurt to walk up the stairs this morning and its hard to sit normally without just plopping into the chair!

I have a pretty full day today, which is good, I just hope the thunderstorms don't come (as predicted)

THE SUN IS OUT!!!!

YAEEEEEE!! I'm so happy that the sun is out. actually it came out last night, but today is suppose to be partly sunny (then more rain this afternoon).

Otherwise today seems to be pretty good!

Hmmm, I have a "surprise" graduation dinner tonight. Eli wants to take me out, and he told me to dress up.

The thing is, I don't know why he had to pick wednesday night... I work MWF nights as an HTML coder for a gentleman that does a column... and it's not a fixed time, so anything like this is usually a hassle. Eli did call the guy I work with and asked him to get the work to me earlier, but of course he couldn't (didn't) promise anything. I asked if he wanted to postpone it, like till tomorrow when I don't have to work, and he wouldn't, so I'm wondering if something is up?

On top of that, I don't know what to wear....

Afternoon everyone! It's nice here too!

I've got the doors opened and the cats were out on the porch until the neighbor started mowing! Oh well, at least his lawn looks good!

I'm off to work again today but tomorrow's my day off so I'm excited!

I think my mom may have finally gotten her mothers day package but I'm not sure

. They told me that the Houston PO has her package but they've never left her any notices until yesterday( but they said they left 5 total so why didn't she get any of them???

) So I hope she goes and gets it!
I mailed it out May 8th. Sad really. I wanted it to get there early because it had their anniversary card in it too. Well, someone dropped the ball and now both days didn't get their respective gifts.

But at least maybe they can get it now since they finally have a notice to claim it.(7 days after I sent it!

)
Oh well, can't be right all the time.

Good morning!

It's a quiet morning in the office today, but I've been busy.

It's supposed to be quite warm today in the mid-80s, with some places reaching the 90s in the next couple days. YUK! Of course, the biggest reason I hate the heat is that our apartment faces due west, and our A/C works overtime to keep the place livable. And it's an outdated piece of junk so every time it kicks on I just see dollar bills floating away...

My father is getting married this weekend, so we're getting ready for that. I have to make 3-4 dozen cookies for the rehearsal dinner, so I'll have to buy those tonight. Our kitchen is a postage stamp, so I'm not even going to attempt to make homemade cookies!

I'm so glad the Daily Thread has been started back up.

Even though I've been remiss in joining in, I've enjoyed keeping up with everyone.

Oops, afternoon I should say..I'm late today

I'm actually eating lunch right now..it's one of those long noodle soup bowl things, its not very good. I would rather be eating a burger.

Its sunny here today with a chance of thunderstorms. Hopefully not though.

I am going to the gym after work today which will be good..Lately I feel a little extra lumpage since the last 2 days I had burgers for supper..ew.

I'm so excited for this weekend..its Victoria Day here, and so we get Monday off

Good Afternoon everyone!

Just another day in the office for me - which is okay - not too busy, not too slow.

Last night John & I went to visit our new furbaby - only 2 days old now! (I posted pics in Fur Pictures last night) all 5 of them are just simply beautiful - I love them all to pieces already! Yikes! We also got to stay for awhile and play with his brother's baby beagle - Maggie - she's also such a doll - just a playful little thing!

I'm trying to get the apartment cleaned and what not tonight (hopefully!) I'll be headed to the YMCA right after work and then home after that to watch the season finale of ANTM!

I'm counting down the days til Memorial Day weekend - I love 3 day weekends! We have that Monday off, as I'm sure do a lot of others. We'll be taking little Maggie home camping with us - and all my family members (Grandparents, aunts, uncles) will be camping as well, so I'm super psyched to go!

Wow, I've rambled today!

Well back from jobsite. Got there with the truck loaded with shrubs, got them placed and it rains!!! Great, got the rain poncho out moved 4 shrubs and planted one more before rain stopped. Finished planting the other 7-it was a pain as the soil is so wet, landscaping stone mulch to move then move back. Truck full of soil and extra rocks which I couldn't dump as it started raining about 30 seconds after I loaded the truck back up. I nap might be happening this afternoon. Picked up another job for June and hopefully another one for June also. So business is good, cash flow is bad though!!!
It also hailed this a.m. too!!
