The dept of agriculture has the worst triangle scheme thing going on. Its a little nest of corruption. I swear, half the people who work in the higher levels there just came from their high-paid job in ag industry and the other half are making a deal to start their new job in the industry.
I had no idea about this, thanks for sharing. Its on a par with how we basically don't test any bovines for mad cow cause it would cost the meat pushers too much money!

Those poor poor horses. I think its insane we have to petition congress to get the dept of Ag to follow the law.
