Food prep help please

You would think at my ADVANCED age I would know some basic things about cooking. I prepared lasagna . I put all the layers on it and now I want to freeze it. It has fresh mushrooms. Can I freeze it uncooked or should I cook it first?

You can do either. My preference though is to cook first then it's much faster to toss together a dinner if I have unexpected company.

I love lasagna!!! But hubby always complains my turns into lasagna soup... I put waaaayyy to much mozzarella in it. Hey, if your gonna do it, do it right! It just blobs all over the plate... but it tastes SOOOOO GOOOOD!

Definitly cook mushrooms before you freeze them. I learnt that the other day.
