Kinda need some prayers/vibes/whatever you've got

So I haven't been around here very long, but I hope you all don't mind me asking for some vibes. My gramma, who is 88, has been in the hospital for the past couple of days, and today her kidneys shut down. I really want to be able to see her before she passes, but I am in the middle of final exams and I won't be able to go home until Wednesday morning. If you have time to send some vibes/prayers our way so that she can make it comfortably until Wedneday, thank you so so much.
