Thank You both
I think her colouring is rather unique as I have never seen another Ginger Tortishell before only the Black ones

We sure did. We picked him up on Friday. He is already quite a handful. We have just begun introducing him to the others. He stands up for himself very well. Will post pics as soon as i get them downloaded. We had a name picked out already, but decided to change it in honor of Douglas, the orange house cat at our favorite B&B in Key West (The Douglas House). We have stayed there many times and always looked forward to seeing Douglas. This year we arrived to find out the bad news of him passing just a week prior to our arrival two weeks ago. So, our new orange guy is named Duggi.

He has more energy and curiosity than any of the others ever did. I think were going to have our hands full with this little brat. He runs around so much that its very difficult to snap good pics of him. Stand by.

I am in love the each and every orange kitty in this thread.
They are all absolutely beautiful.
They remind me of the sun.

I alway's think of the orange babies as just plain old sweet, there attitudes seem to be the sweetest, innocent
well most of the time, but they seem to be more mellow, I know Dunkin doesn't look like he'd hurt a fly
not swearing that though, there just great
Look at his face
could you think he would do anything wrong

I am just green with envy at everybody's sweet orange babies!

I have a huge soft spot for them, and the only one I have is such a little stinker. My past orange boys have been the biggest cuddlebugs, and Scooter barely acknowledges me except to feed him. He screeches something that sounds like "feed me" at an earsplitting volume until I do. He's my little Scooter pie, and I love him, but he does not have the usual orange tabby personality.

Aww Scooter is just unique. My Tiger is a little cuddle bug though. When I sit down he crawls in my lap.

Hey there KrazyKat2 (aka Scooter's mom)...we have one guy, Leo, who is quite the wild man....We call him "inspector, Captain & Sergant" etc. He has moments of sweetness that are occuring more frequently the older he gets (5 years now)..but he does rule and protect the house (inspite of the Australian Shepard)...I suspect is of more feral line than some. I hope Scooter suprises you soon!

Scooter sure looks like he has a ton of purrsonality from your pic!
My orange boy isn't that cuddly either.. I think it comes from being a stray kitty outside until about 13 weeks. He is friendly but just a bit skittish and shy around strangers. I will say he is happy go lucky otherwise, and sorta goofy in his own way!

Finally we got some pics of Duggi the new punk of the house. He is trying to become the alpha cat already. We have never seen a kitten take over a house as fast as him. The first day he was let out to explor the house and meet the others he dominated. He is jumping onto the bed with a single bound, and has no fear of anything. He is already a full fledge member of the Orange Krew.

You would think he was part razor back hog from this pic.

There is nuttin' like a kitten in a bowl.

Duggi and Leo. Leo is the cat in charge and these two are mirror images of each other in cattitude. It's like looking into a time machine.

Duggi the lounge lizzard already making himself at home.

Scrapping lessons with Loki.

Ya think we had fish that night?

Chups taking a stretch after a wrestling match with Duggi.

Check out these daggars. What a punk.

Alright, enough of this orange splatter for now.

Keep em' commin'

All your oragne babies are gorgeous!

I have a special fondness for orange kitties, my first lived to be 19, and then I had Rusty who got out and was hit by a car at 2 years old
Then I had Ooliver who died of vaccine related sarcoma at 6 years old, and now Winston, whi is 7 yrs old in August.
