What's this about a 6th one your getting?????
Well, as is all too often the case, another kitten in need of a good home. Baby Chups had to go visit Dr.Mark, our most favorite vet...Low and behold a feral mom-cat had a litter in back wiith one orange (red) needing a home. We need to wait until Friday (hopefully) Monday the latest as mommy gave all the babies ringworm

SOOOOO here we go again
...But, it will be nice to have an actual birthday and know something about mom. In anycase, the baby prep must begin. Out-smarting the dogs to the catfood & litter lends a challenge to the stature of a kitten around here.

Sometimes I feel sad not knowing more about our boys early life...the most we know is Loki was in a drain pipe on the side of the road....Fozzi & Chups came from the same foster home a year apart. Symon & Leo came from shelters with no info at all.
Ok, my husband says I'm writing a novel here...more another time. We raise our paws to you all!

Hey that has a great, yummy ring. If we weren't known to ALL in our daily lives as "The House of Orange" I may rethink to "ginger"...

As far as Cookie, if I didn't know better I'd swear it was my Loki. How sweet!

Happy 7 weeks to the littles..I cringe to think of the stepping. Oh but how cute they are!!!!

Loki showing off his tail dexterity. We call it the donut tail.

Brembo our Australian Shepard just loves Fozzi. They are best buds.

Baby Chups ate his entire supper with his back paws in the bowl.

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
Well, I have one orange girl with my gray/black boy...

Here's JoJo the Wonder Kitty... aka Princess Fuzzy-Butt, Princess Shed-A-Lot, Freaky Squeaky [rather mouthy girl]... etc...

Hogging the Sunday paper a few weeks back...

"Go 'way MOM! I'm tryin' ta sleep here!"

She never lets me do anything by myself. Considering she used to hide when I was home... she was considered in indoor feral... now she's a giant [literally!] lovebug. Here she is 'helping' me write my novel...

Nice close up of her face.

She's four now. It took me a long time to get her to trust me... months in fact. But over the last few months she's even let me pick her up and hold her... which never happened before...

We have always had oranges at some point growing up. Here's a shot of Fluff [long hair orange boy at bottom, RIP], Skunk [B&W at bottom, RIP], and for the life of me i can't remember the short hair orange boy's name... but here's a shot of the three of them playing with the birch tree 'branches' that hung down.

I'll remember his name eventually.
