Just had to take some pics of the gardens after a whole week of heavy rain. We finally saw a break in the weather here In Maine. Things are just getting growing here. Hope you enjoy them

You have a lovely yard. And the dandelions add a bright splash of yellow to the lawn. At least that's what I keep telling myself!

Very lovely! And honestly, I kind of like dandelions -- they just get a little carried away with themselves sometimes.

Cindy, I was just going to tease you about the lovely dandylions!

It truly is lovely though. You look like you live in a rural area? If so, I'm envious!!

Yes I do live in a rural area. I'm on a dead end dirt road at that! I'm about 10 minutes from the ocean also.. My area is heavily wooded quiet and peacefull.

Most of the area that are now rock gardens was heavily covered with bushes and small trees. We cleared the land with a shovel! The rock gardens we built ourselves. We went to a rock quarry and loaded every rock by hand and unloaded them by hand. We broke the spring in the old truck one day we had such a heavy load of rocks LOL. This didn't happen over night. Its been a work in progress for years now. I'm glad you have enjoyed the pics.
